Concept Development (3–7 days). We create two tailored floor plan proposals for your space.

First Design Review (30 min). Review both layout options with your designer, explore pros and cons, and select your preferred direction.

Elevation Development (3–10 days). Your chosen plan is refined into detailed elevations with cabinet dimensions.

Second Design Review (30 min). Walk through the updated plans, share feedback, and request adjustments.

Specification Development (3–10 days) We prepare your final drawing set, mood board, and appliance schedule based on your feedback.

Final Delivery. Receive your complete Specification Package - including finalized plans, elevations, 3D rendering, mood board, and appliance schedule - ready to share with your contractor or supplier.
