Park Slope Apartment, NYC

Project Year 2025

Park Slope Apartment, NYC

This Park Slope kitchen renovation in Brooklyn, NYC was led by atelier bauherr, the kitchen system design studio of Kitchen Design NYC, in collaboration with Santiago Tomás Interiors. Located in a century-old condominium, the original U-shaped kitchen felt cramped, outdated, and disconnected from the home’s social rhythm. The goal was to create a refined, highly functional kitchen that supports serious cooking and seamless entertaining.

Through detailed site measurements, mechanical planning, ventilation studies, and precise cabinet coordination, the layout was restructured for improved flow, storage, and professional-grade performance.

Custom blue-grey lacquer and white oak cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a sculptural waterfall island anchor the space. Every technical detail was verified on site to ensure flawless execution. The result is a modern Brooklyn kitchen renovation that balances warmth, precision, and architectural clarity within its historic context.
